Each GPS unit comes with a Standard GPS Mount. Included are two sets of o-rings (two diameters), plus a backup o-ring in each size, a rubber shim and an X-Lock composite mounting bracket. The rubber shim supports the X-Lock mount which is engineered to attach at any 9° angle and still allow the computer to be mounted forward. The two super durable o-rings secure it to the bar, and the patent-pending X-Lock design will prevent the computer from being knocked out. The X-Lock securely fastens the GPS computer to the mount by pressing down at a 45° angle and rotating it forward until it "locks" into place.

How It Works: The Running Dynamics Pod has an accelerometer in the module that measures torso movement to calculate these 6 running metrics: - Cadence is the number of steps per minute. It displays the total steps (right and left combined). - Ground contact time balance displays the left/right balance of your ground contact time while running. It displays a percentage. For example, 53.2 with an arrow pointing left or right. - Stride length is the length of your stride from 1 footfall to the next. It is measured in meters. - Vertical oscillation is your bounce while running. It displays the vertical motion of your torso, measured in centimeters for each step. - Vertical ratio is the ratio of vertical oscillation to stride length. It displays a percentage. A lower number typically indicates better running form. - Ground contact time is the amount of time in each step that you spend on the ground while running. It is measured in milliseconds.
Use this ANT+ antenna to connect an ANT+ trainer to your computer. That enables you to use computer software during your training sessions, such as the Tacx Trainer software, Zwift, and TrainerRoad. These programs read the training data transmitted by an ANT+ trainer and can control the trainer. It features a long cable so the receiver can be placed close to the trainer for an optimal reception without loss. The antenna is compatible with all trainers that communicate wirelessly via ANT+.
