Like any good exploratory mission, don’t forget to take your Passport with you -- the key to accessing uncharted terrain. Built for the intermediate-to-expert level rider and shaped and sized to be unisex, the Passport is directional in every way but remains switch and fakie friendly. Slightly-wider-than-average waist width is met width 8mm of taper to ensure easy turning and float in deep snow. It’s complemented by an elongated rocker profile from the front insert pack, throughout the tip. A tighter sidecut radius in the tip and tail allows you to engage turns easily, while a longer radius between the feet makes the turn smooth and predictable progression. We’ve added a new blend of ICG 10™ Triax fiberglass to the Passport, adding tip-to-tail snap with precise edge performance. This glass layup wraps our lightweight A1 core - which features three species of sustainably harvested timber, and all of it sits atop a fast and durable Sintered 4000 base.

The Navigator returns with its proven inlaid cork damp- eners die-cut into custom-modified forward sections to dampen vibrations common with oversized powder shapes. Retaining a Parabolic sidecut and sinking tapered tail to swim through the soft stuff, the wide-frame rockered nose naturally floats above deep snow. For 2022, the Powder Racers have been reconfig- ured with a new Surf Camber profile combining the carving benefits of camber underfoot with Spring Break’s iconic Surf Rocker on the nose and tail. This season, we stepped back from much of the thinking on powder board designs, to re-envision how to provide more of the versatility we need when we head out to ride deep snow. Knowing how similar water and powder dynamic are, we turned back to surf to create a shape that provides tremendous float, all condition turning performance, and the edge control we need on the hardback or mixed conditions we often encounter to-and-from a session. The new single features a highly tapered, pintail design, which provides the tracking and stability of a single fin surfboard. The tail creates the perfect angle of approach for the deepest days, and added stability when pushing through the biggest pow turns. We used our Thunderhead Tip design to add surface area for buoyancy, with notches that channel snow around this wider shape. Our Pow Fenders make turning in deep snow easier, while Grip Tech makes the Single hold an amazing edge, when reality kicks back in.
